According to Gardner and Triplett, This Jacob died at the time of birth -- -- Garner and Triplett: Early Births Western Frederick County, Va Eastern Hampshire County West Virginia, p. 108. Therefore the above note, his wife and family should be moved to the second Jacob. Makes sense, but will look for more confirmation. -- LKL
